According to sources speaking to The Verge, Nokia is soon to issue a software update that will add Bluetooth 4.0 support to devices with the underlying hardware to support it. That should include all of the top of the line releases (including the Nokia Lumia 1020, 925 and 920) as well as the lower-end devices such as the Lumia 720, 620 and 520.
